MOMENTS OF CAREFUL THOUGHTS
MacMillan dictionary defines Meditation as the following:
"Careful thoughts that take all our attention for a long time. Those moments of consideration, reflection, forethought, reasoning, introspection, soul search and focus"
Today, I want to remind you of the power of meditation. The power of forethought over issues even before they happen. Particularly, I urge you to spend some time reflecting on the words written in the Bible. It has been proven that spending some moments, soul searching with the Bible has produced strong clear -thoughts that when applied has brought about major advancements in many lives.
Always remember that the mind is a powerful organ of the body and hugely diverse in capabilities. One of which is that it keeps record of information that in turn influences our behaviours.
Dr Wayne W. Dyer, puts it this way: "keep reminding yourself , I get what I think about whether I want it or not."
Quite candidly, life has ways of always making a fresh demand on our supply of strength, character, integrity, humility and so on. When that happens we come under pressure and deliver what we are "pregnant" with.
Therefore, it comes down to this, in order not to be a crisis away from being offended with life and people or turning out to being someone you can't be proud of, moments of careful thinking is very essential.
